If evaluation determines that the product returned is missing items or has physical, water, chemical, or electrical damage, additional charges may be assessed. Non standard, special order, and custom products will be handled on a case by case basis. Special order items for which no refunds are available include non-standard Micro-MCA optical filters. To receive a complete refund for items eligible for return or exchange (less a 15% re-stocking charge), all components of the product from the original purchase must be returned. Other Returns and Exchanges Return or Exchange requests for products shipped more than 90 days prior to receipt of an RMA request by Tetracam must be evaluated prior to assessing the amount of refund or exchange value due to a customer. For such returns or exchanges, follow the same procedure as described above. If the product is still under warranty, there is no change for product evaluation. If the product is not under warranty, there is a flat charge of $49.95 for evaluation of cameras in the ADC family and a flat charge of $99.95 for evaluation of cameras in the Micro-MCA family. Charges for evaluation of other products are determined on an individual case basis.
